Using the service

These terms cover your use of Drawing to Animation at https://drawingtoanimation.app. You must be an adult to create an account. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details safe and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for what is uploaded from your account.

Your drawings and animations

Upload only drawings you made, your child made, or you otherwise have the right to use. You keep your rights in your drawings. You may download, keep and share the animations made from them, including with family, friends and classes.

Animations are generated with Google's Veo 3.1 Lite through WaveSpeed. Results vary: motion can bend small details, and on busy pages a character can occasionally be added or fade. We do not promise that an animation will match a drawing exactly, so watch it before you share it.

Credits, plans and payments

Each animation uses 10 credits. New accounts receive enough free credits for one animation after confirming their email. The pricing page shows the plans and packs on sale:

• Credit pack credits do not expire.
• Monthly plan credits are valid for the billing month they arrive in and refresh when the plan renews.
• If an animation fails or is canceled, its credits are returned automatically.

Monthly plans renew automatically until you turn off auto-renew. You can do that at any time on the Manage subscription page, which is also linked from your account menu and the site footer. You keep the current month's credits until the paid period ends, and you can turn auto-renew back on before then. For payment problems or refund requests, contact support with your order details. Rights you have under consumer law are not affected.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it will always be available or that every animation will succeed. We may refuse requests that break the Acceptable Use Policy and restrict or close accounts that misuse the service. Keep your own copies of anything important. Uploads and results are retained for 30 days from storage. Anyone with the unlisted file URL can read them. Download results before they expire. Provider copies follow their own retention policies. Cached copies can remain until their cache expires.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, and our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes; the date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
