What we collect

Drawing to Animation at https://drawingtoanimation.app collects what it needs to make your animations and run your account: your email address and sign-in details, the photos of drawings you upload, the animations made from them, your credit balance, orders and subscriptions, and any messages you send to support.

The drawings you upload

A drawing you upload is sent to the AI video provider that makes the animation, only to create that animation; the provider handles it under its own data terms. We do not use your drawings or animations to train AI models, and we do not show them in a public gallery. Uploads and finished animations are kept in your account for a limited time so you can watch and download them again. They are stored at unlisted links: anyone you share a link with can open it. Uploads and results are retained for 30 days from storage. Anyone with the unlisted file URL can read them. Download results before they expire. Provider copies follow their own retention policies. Cached copies can remain until their cache expires.

Services that help run the site

Payment providers handle checkout and card details; we do not see or store full card numbers. Email and sign-in providers help confirm your account and recover access, and storage providers hold uploaded files and animations. Each processes information only to provide its part of the service.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep you signed in, remember your language and protect the site. First-party analytics record visits and product events, such as uploads and finished animations, to help us improve the service and fix problems. Blocking cookies in your browser may sign you out.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep account, order and animation records while your account is open and as long as billing, security or legal obligations require. To see, correct or delete your information, including a drawing or animation, email us from the address on your account.

Security and changes

We use access controls and other safeguards to protect your information, but no service can promise complete security. If this policy changes, we will update the date above.
